RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return minus a 10% Restocking Fee. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Shipping, handling and other charges are not refundable.

CONDITION

Hawkbone deals in unique vintage items with a history. Patina is the point! None of our items are in new or pristine condition. Wear is consistent with age and use. Tarnish, fading, scratches, chips, cracks, imperfections, worn corners and weathered surfaces are considered desirable. Cosmetic wear is common, but all are items structurally stable.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

All shipping fees include shipping insurance. If an item you receive has been damaged in transit, a damage claim must be filed by the customer with the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. The carrier will require photographs of the outside of the damaged shipping box as proof the damage is a result of handling while in transit. Save all shipping boxes and materials until the insurance claim has been resolved.

SALES TAX

Sales tax at the rate of 9.5% is applicable on all orders shipped to an address in California.
Orders shipped outside of California are tax-exempt.
To make a tax-exempt purchase shipping within California will require a valid CA Seller’s Permit. Please submit a signed Resale Certificate and register your business for Hawkbone Trade Status.
